Is there a screening tool that we can use, or just questions that you ask older adults around driving safety? It’s like breaking bad news in palliative care. Absolutely.

The annual wellness visit, well, is a great time to check in because those are really tailor made opportunities. I think actually that’s a way to link the inpatient and the outpatient, because the inpatient measure domain 4 has a social vulnerability domain where you have to screen for social isolation.
