This year, in addition to the 10 finalists Maneesha Agarwal will be presenting at the National Conference and Exhibition we will be sharing four cases online in advance of the conference. During that initial visit, her physical exam was notable for generalized abdominal tenderness. This is the first of the four cases.

I think at the age of 91, a patient should have a say, really, in terms of, hey, I can present you with some of the reasons I think we should make a switch, but what do you think? And, you know, this is back and forth between the PCP and the cardiologist. But another layer I would add to it is also maybe more patient centric.
