This brings me into the present instead of in the immediate future or past and is calming and focusing. Allow It to Be Present Instead of avoiding, lean into the feeling. By allowing feelings to be present, noticing them in the body, and letting them pass naturally, we reduce suffering and build emotional resilience. A good cry.
