Study Design: Secondary data analysis of patient demographic, referral, and encounter-level data extracted from site eMR (Epic). 8% (n= 1,146) were ordered for medical condition management.

So one that the primary outcome was supposed to be documentation, which it improved documentation, it wasn’t powered to actually look at any utilization or hard outcomes. And then you can make a medical recommendation that matches with what they’ve told you. Get the hospice referral. And that skill is hard.
