So falls, mobility concerns, polypharmacy, comorbidities, nutrition, social support, and mental health. He had a very aggressive lymphoma, highly aggressive, with a lot of different medical conditions. I slowly introduced higher doses as he recovered from his medical conditions that were acute. And he did beautifully.
