Many people only think of going to the doctor when they are sick, but having an annual wellness visit is a great way to make sure your health is on track and that you are up to date on any preventive health needs you might have. For many patients without health insurance, or even those with insurance, this can be a challenge.

Emmy: Having said that, I think we need to recognize that the gold standard, thorough OT assessment is not a reality for a lot of people, because of there aren’t enough of them, because of insurance might not cover it, and so forth. We and many others have tried to come up with a short, validated screening tool.
