It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. This includes transportation, driver’s license, parks, volunteerism, housing, and of course health and human services. But, what you need is a community-based game there.

So if you think about dementia, it’s on the intersection of aging stigma and mental health stigma. You come over to the clinic, you go to the hospital, you provide service, and the insurance and you negotiate how much you’re going to get paid. They can be nurse if you want to. You get double whammy.
