If you’re a 4th year medical student who is unmatched at this point, my advice is the following: Focus on securing a one year preliminary or transitional year position! Even if you had your heart set on a particular specialty, at this point, making sure you graduate with a JOB should be of utmost importance.

By the time most medical students get ready to apply for residency, they have already spent thousands of dollars just taking board exams alone, not to mention the other costs associated with being a medical student. It all adds up. Both institutions had assessments that were very different. That’s it for this post.

It is a screening? Chaplains can do an assessment of the spirituality of the individual and then they use interventions that are part of their discipline and those interventions are tailored to the individual’s spiritual and religious needs of the person that they’re caring for. I guess FICA is not as cool as SKY.
