Providers were alerted of positive screens by rooming staff to either assess further or refer to our Pediatric SUD Clinic to manage. For patients screened positive, chart reviews were conducted and the number of referrals to SUD Clinic was tracked. Outcomes: Percentages of positive CRAFFT screens in the 3 practices were calculated.
