Outcome Measures: Interview questions and analysis were guided by five CFIR domains (innovation source, inner and outer setting, individuals, and implementation process). Conclusion: COACH pre-implementation evaluation provided information that informed implementation and trial protocol changes and may increase the adoption of COACH.
