The practice steadily grew through the 80’s and 90’s, and Dr. Eggebrecht joined in 1993, at a time when family doctors still rounded in the hospital and delivered babies. they provide free sports physicals for youth in Berrien Springs and New Buffalo. The individuals who make up the practice impact the community in a variety of ways.

Raj: It was indeed very, very gradual, and the seeds were sown when I was a medical student. I mean, just such struggles around corruption in hospitals, access to opioid pain medication, and you almost had to wait until a friend of yours was in power, so you could have access, get permission. So, the community comes in.
