Well, there’s this descriptive phase where there’s a verbal and physical examination and the conditions discussed, and then, procedures are discussed. You may not see the big picture, like treating somebody with advanced dementia by hospitalizing them and starting antibiotics for aspiration pneumonia and potentially a peg tube.
