This bill proposes to improve the healthcare decision-making and treatment process for prescriptions and testing by reducing the pre-approval (prior authorization) burdens placed on healthcare providers by health insurance carriers. Many patients cannot afford the upfront costs of these shots, and compliance with much needed care suffers.
