Because sometimes they have much more longstanding relationships with these patients than me meeting them for a slice in time and trying to shuffle the deck, so to speak. They may have a long relationship with that cardiologist, so it requires some collaboration. But another layer I would add to it is also maybe more patient centric.

I talk to women 75 and older or something like it’s my job as your PCP to recommend tests that I think will lead to more good than to harm. And so we recruited 546 women and they were from 137 different PCPs. And so then they saw their PCP. We did email PCPs that they would be coming in early for the study.
