I talk to women 75 and older or something like it’s my job as your PCP to recommend tests that I think will lead to more good than to harm. And so we recruited 546 women and they were from 137 different PCPs. And so then they saw their PCP. We did email PCPs that they would be coming in early for the study.

The challenge is, it’s easy to say, oh, yeah, talk to them in a few days, talk to them in a week, have them come back every other week, because the time constraints and the way our, our healthcare system is built, the people at the greatest risk are these more vulnerable people.
