Same thing with kind of medication management. They know what their dog’s name are sometimes, which we don’t even have from a primary care level, and so that’s kind of a fascinating lens of opportunity. All of these are factors that are on the individual level. When you ask stakeholders, they just feel safe.

And so I tried to get her actually to pain management, and I couldn’t. Pain management wouldn’t come to the facility, and she was bedbound.
