And sort of a few years ago, we would sometimes see referrals a bit later than we would have liked. We are Seeing referrals at an earlier time point, especially at a point that I feel that I can really help a patient. Is it normally the oncologist who’s making the referrals to you or do they come from people outside of oncology?

And number two, maybe we should allow gentle occasional use of NSAIDs for chronic pain management if it means keeping somebody off of opioids.

If it’s continuing and it’s getting worse and maybe they have some swelling in the legs, there are some subtle findings on the echo, but really think for a second, could this be this really common cardiovascular condition, echocardiogram, maybe even a referral to a cardiologist?
