I was special but now I am definitely not. It messes a bit with my thoughts about returning to active duty as a GP. For the moment, I am delighted to keep working with the wonderful people in the National Screening Service, while the wonderful people in the Mercy University Hospital are still working to keep me alive and well.

So we measure things like hospitalizations and ed visits and the like, and those data are a bit weaker, but they’re also, you know, I think they need to be contextualized in what, why we would even want to reduce hospitalizations right. But something like the GP Cog or 88 are options as well. Why would we want to?
