Lingsheng (and I) recently published studies on this in JAMA Internal Medicine , and JAGS. It’s both institutionalized racism where there are policies and practices by corporations, by government that create inequality. If clinicians ask about it, safety, mental health, well being, then I think that helps alerts elders.
