It is completely disconnected, like a scatter plot, between things like rates of substance use and mental health. Those are structural factors.

We could wear masks against Covid, but we couldn’t vaccinate against racism. We do talk about healthcare policy. Asian hate is, again, another umbrella term for racism and discrimination.
