Joe: Well, the proposed rule changes would’ve included, for example, that you have to have a face-to-face encounter with a patient in order to prescribe over telemedicine, or you have to have received a referral from someone who did have a face-to-face, and they also would’ve had to be DEA certified. We hear that all the time now.
