Analysis of 500+ urgent GP visits in Germany shows most cases were handled in-office, often driven by fear, distress, or a need for reassurance. Students also recorded patients’ concerns and expectations, which were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The results showed that 523 cases were collected from 53 GP practices.

This would require relocating and I am not aware of how much it pays. Another option would be to start your own practice.
