But yet the changes we saw, the transitions we saw, but we didn’t transition the care. That’s a problem in our healthcare financing system. Nursing homes are subsidized by their Medicare, by their rehab patients. And Medicaid doesn’t pay enough to pay for long-term care. We didn’t respond.
