Context: Depression is a common disease in general practice, leading to an increased cardiovascular risk. The majority of patients with depression is treated by their General Practicioner (GP). We will present the results at the NAPCRG conference. Patients with a registered depression were compared to two controls.

Main message Steatotic liver disease is one of the most common diseases encountered in general practice. Known complications of metabolic syndrome and advanced liver disease are often present at the time of diagnosis. Subtle differences are present among patients diagnosed with SLD.
