Non-Opioid Directive Patients can now file a directive to prevent being prescribed opioids. Informed Consent for Sensitive Exams Health professionals must obtain written consent before performing pelvic, breast, rectal or urogenital exams on unconscious or anesthetized patients, with limited exceptions.
