There’s all this stuff that we’re supposed to be doing at that stage of life and then you add the complexity of the serious illness. It is really difficult for the patients and the families. Chaplains can do an assessment of the spirituality of the individual and then they use interventions that are part of their discipline and those interventions are tailored to the individual’s spiritual and religious needs of the person that they’re caring for. What were those spiritual domains? Is that your grandchildren?
