And so we really wanted to have a medicine group that was around that we thought was a little bit more driven by the clinician behaviors and a little bit less about the patients.

By the time he got into us, the tumor grew, he had experienced, he was experiencing significant pain and so trauma, informed care and building a relationship with him was such a big part of the care.
