You Can Tell You Have High Blood Pressure From How You Feel The reality is that high blood pressure (hypertension) is largely a “silent” condition. The best way to know if your levels fall into the unhealthy range is to get your healthcare provider to check your blood pressure regularly. There is no real “cure” for high blood pressure.
