It does seem that if communities, particularly historically marginalized communities, are interested in ACP, that fact should carry some weight in how resources are allocated to research and health care financing. James: Yeah, so I guess just to start… I mean, prognosis in general is kind of a term for predicted course of disease, and I think people commonly use it to refer to an individual’s life expectancy or how long the person has to live. I think this is a really difficult topic to talk about with patients.
