So elderly people who aspirated, got pneumonia, had an mi, didn’t get hauled off to the emergency room on an ambulance crew so they could die in the ER. It was a patient that I had taken care of, actually, as a resident, who followed me into my growing private practice. That’s why we did it. And the phone rang.
