In what moral universe is a federal government deeply subsidizing my housing and not subsidizing that of my patients? I say with sarcasm, but that the government decided to subsidize home ownership and simultaneously designed a system where Black folks couldn’t be homeowners. They didn’t go to the psych ER again.
