Julien: He basically had an end of life care discussion with this patient. And it culminated in him giving a bad light to the patient in the hospital room because that was the only semblance of normalcy for this patient. I think we’re probably managing sicker patients on the floor. That’s just one hypothesis.

And then one day when I was in my third year of medical school, I was in the gym and I hurt my back in a really horrific way. I was helped into a wheelchair kind of rushed to the emergency room, which was not far away because I was on the medical school campus. I heard this loud click. Haider: That was a great story.
