Should eligibility and access be determined by clinician referral? If we move away from clinician referrals as the means by which people get access, how do we keep the clinicians engaged, and not enraged? And so a lot of it was the facilitators calling out with the approval of the provider to the patients ahead of time to see, like, you have a visit coming up. Ideally the conversation would happen before, but also clinicians were able to make referrals to facilitators. What’s in the electronic health record? It works great.
