If you’re a 4th year medical student who is unmatched at this point, my advice is the following: Focus on securing a one year preliminary or transitional year position! Even if you had your heart set on a particular specialty, at this point, making sure you graduate with a JOB should be of utmost importance.

And the actors were blinded to whether this was a primary care doctor or a chat bot answering them. I would be surprised if it was as good as you guys, but I think that you can imagine a medical student or an intern doing this before they went into a room to talk to a patient and having it be pretty helpful.
