Access is so important because that is the reason the patient signs up with health insurance is so that they can get care, whether primary or specialty. It was designed to really balance what Medicaid at the time was to provide nursing homes and Medicare is obviously health insurance. I have 24,500 veterans on our caseload, 14,000 individuals with diagnosed mental health issue, 8,500 with an alcohol and substance abuse. And that referral can be done in real time, a soft handoff.
