If we move away from clinician referrals as the means by which people get access, how do we keep the clinicians engaged, and not enraged? I was always critical care bound since medical school. And do we have entirely a clinician referral-based practice?

Not just with our aging and independent services, but also with our behavioral health services, with our public health services, with our medical care services, to really have everyone see older people as part of their work. And that referral can be done in real time, a soft handoff. I think most states have them.
