So when you’ve got cognitive impairment and functional impairment, you can be pretty sure that the probability of a significant dysfunction of the brain is present is very high.

I have 24,500 veterans on our caseload, 14,000 individuals with diagnosed mental health issue, 8,500 with an alcohol and substance abuse. Again, as Greg said, where the individual chooses what works best for them. To Susan’s point. Older people don’t live in the Offices for the Aging. They touch every single system.
