And now when I think about the clinic at Duke, when we’re really running on all cylinders, we can get ourselves up to a five, six, seven week wait for a new palliative care referral. Additionally, in case patients didn’t step up, we did have sort of events where they were scheduled to see palliative care. Stupid theory.

It’s that first place that you start where it may not be the AAAs job, but we’ve organized where they have to have the partnerships and they know who the players are and they know who to make a referral to. And that referral can be done in real time, a soft handoff. But, for a majority, it’s a first time event.
