So elderly people who aspirated, got pneumonia, had an mi, didn’t get hauled off to the emergency room on an ambulance crew so they could die in the ER. It was specific to the relationship with the patient, the patient’s social context in which they might take this information. I think a lot of back office function, predicting ER loads and OR loads to do better scheduling of staff. That’s a risk with electronic health records in general. Bob: It’s not bad.
