During my training, I didn’t receive much education about radiation oncology, and I’m not entirely sure what some of the terms mean (hypofractionated means fewer sessions, right?). And I think one key part is educating the field, not just my fellow cardiologists, but also primary care doctors, geriatricians, that there’s this heart failure syndrome that is kind of sneaky, and it’s kind of difficult to diagnose any.
