I had never rotated in it when I was a medical student, so it was kind of cool being behind the curtain. I gave up after a while and it turned out to be a difficult case (the appendix was retrocecal, severely inflamed, and there was pus everywhere), but I appreciated the fact that I was given the chance to try on my own.
