Objective: To determine medical trainees’ perspectives on current NBM practices and on narrative humility, and to assess their views on the effectiveness of NBM education via peer-led interactive workshop. Conclusions: Our study shows that peer-led initiatives can be impactful in NBM education.

We know little about how the impact of in-person CPD compares to that of online CPD. Objective: We compared the impact of in-person versus online CPD courses on doctors’ behavior change. Methods: A first group attended in-person courses. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a second group attended an online version of these courses.
