In terms of their risk, in terms of how we think of preventive health, as we think of screening, all of those things, I would turn around to the geriatricians and say, “Check your implicit bias. Maybe vaccines, maybe. HPV vaccine. They didn’t go to the psych ER again. We basically met them. Margot: Right.

Darrell: And so I’d set up in conjunction with our emergency room team and our hospitalist, a 24/7 screening process for, at the time, anybody who’s over 65. Darrell: Then I had another one that was much later in the process that was actually vaccinated, who was over 90, who had a lot of medical issues.
