You add to that employment discrimination, criminal justice discrimination, and of course educational system discrimination, and of course, we pay for our public schools based on local taxes. They didn’t go to the psych ER again. The psych ER was still open, and they spent money. We spend money in healthcare.

And of the ER screening program, I’ve seen 266 people, 266 goals of care conversations in the ER, which were pretty significant. Darrell: Gosh, in the ER group, at the end of the first surge, had me come to their staff meeting, gave me a beautiful award and made me an honorary member of the Emergency Medicine Group.

Patients will come into the ER, they bypass the inpatient experience entirely, and go straight home. And then, it did, finally, come to an end, but the hospital-at-home community was able to educate policymakers. I distinctly remember being in the ER, trying to recruit patients for this program. And that’s more standard.
