So elderly people who aspirated, got pneumonia, had an mi, didn’t get hauled off to the emergency room on an ambulance crew so they could die in the ER. And so I thought about it a while, called, and sure enough, they brought him up to the emergency room. That makes it really special for them and for me.

Like, do you think maybe, you know, let’s educate. And because of this encounter, this patient went to the emergency room twice due to having panic episodes that felt like heart attacks. Families have really checked up on their elders and really, again, sought to care for their elders in special ways during the pandemic.
