Laura Douglass Retires After 12 Years at LMH

Logansport Memorial Hospital is pleased to congratulate Laura Douglass of Medical Records/Coding on her retirement. Laura has served a dedicated 12 total years at LMH in various roles, starting in 1986 in the Women’s Health Center. Throughout the years, Laura said LMH has always felt like “home” to her, but her fellow staff members have impacted her most of all.

That statute provides that courts “ shall have jurisdiction, for cause shown, to restrain violations ” of the FDC Act. Historically, courts have modified , watered down , or altogether eschewed t he traditional equitable requirements for an injunction when considering FDA’s request for injunctive relief.
