Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common medical conditions that affect millions of people each year. These infections can cause uncomfortable symptoms like pain during urination, frequent urges to urinate, and lower abdominal discomfort. However, not all urinary symptoms indicate a UTI. Other conditions, ranging from mild to severe, may mimic the symptoms of a UTI.
