Houck Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) John Mulrooney conducted a prehearing conference hearing on Monday, December 2nd, to kick off the public hearing on the Department of Justices (DOJs) notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to reschedule marijuana. The NPRM seeks to reschedule marijuana from schedule I of the federal Controlled Substances Act (CSA) to schedule III.
