I enjoy seeing patients for all kinds of visits as well – mental health, physicals, GYN concerns, coughs/colds, etc. After medical school, a person earns the degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Most doctors then get additional training in the specialty of their choice.
