I think the first time I noticed it was, like as a medical student when you would rotate on one service with one attending and they would make decisions about how to treat a case one way. They look at the signs and symptoms, they do a physical exam, maybe some lab tests or some imaging. Amber: Norm is, yeah.

Something that I’d very little experience of having been a medical student in Pakistan. We are really trained to treat it as a purely physical sensation that you can rate on a scale of zero to 10 with specific tools. And it is as much an emotion that one feels as it is a physical sensation.
